My baby girl will be TWO in less than one month! I am having a very difficult time wrapping my mind around that. I have said it before and I will say it again...when I look at her "baby" pictures, I would love to be able to reach into the photos and scoop up that sweet baby so that I can snuggle her. *sigh* I really am cherishing each day with Emma...even the challenging days ("the twos" are HERE...hee hee).
I have been thinking about her party for a while. It is going to be a simple party with immediate family and PIZZA. : ) We are celebrating her birthday at the end of September. On her actual birthday, we will be at the Apple Festival in Bayfield, Wisconsin!
I completed the invitations a while ago but I wanted to wait until they were "in the mail" before I posted one to my blog. (Click the photo to see a larger version)
Speaking of little Emma... She could use some prayer. She has at least four teeth coming in right now. Babies/toddlers who have reflux can really struggle with teething. Teething can exacerbate reflux and this has been very true with Emma. She has maybe had 4 - 5 decent meals in the past three weeks. : ( This is very disheartening. For most meals, she will not even swallow one bite. : ( We have her on a daily Pediasure regime to make sure that she doesn't lose a lot of weight. We are SO GRATEFUL that she drinks! Please pray.
It's officially FALL (well, at least it seems like it is to me)!! MY FAVORITE season! I could not resist giving my blog a fall/harvest look! Have a great week.

I just LOVE the invitations. They are soooo cute just like all of your creations!!!! I am so incredibly sorry that Emma is having a difficult time teething. It seems like all four of my children have had difficulties with all of their teeth. Can't even believe our little Emily is going to be 2 on 9/19. Where did the time all go???????
Oh how I miss the Bayfield Apple Fest :-( We used to go to that every year we lived in St. Paul!!! Enjoy those yummy apples in caramel for me!!!!

what a beautiful invitation! you are so talented, tera. it's amazing to think of our little peanuts as two year olds, isn't it? two years old. incredible. i'm sorry she's struggling with the teething; it's hard under the best of circumstance. reflux makes it sound awful. i will indeed pray for her. can't wait to see pictures of the fiesta! feliz cumpleanos, sweet emma!

Oh that invite is so precious, you did an excellent job!!! Can't believe she will be two, the time is flying by. My babies will be 19 and 22 this year, just wait it flies by. Sounds like you have some special fun times coming up.
So sorry about Emma's teeth; that's no fun.

What a great job on those invites. You are so talented! I can't believe Emma will be two soon. My, how quickly time flies. I can so relate to you wanting to pull out the baby out of your pictures so you can hold her. We just recently transitioned Liliana to a toddler bed and wow did that one hurt. :( I will keep Emma in my thoughts and prayers. Blessings upon you,
